Pay as you Go Support

If you feel that you don’t need a support contract, we also offer Pay-As-You-Go support.

With Pay-As-You-Go support, Reliable Networks can either:-

Visit your premises to repair a specific problem Collect your hardware and investigate your issues in our workshop Take control of your PC or server over a secure remote connection (as you watch) and repair the problem

This service is available as and when you require our advice or assistance.  No contract, retainer or previous site visit is required.  You simply call us when you need us and we respond.

Pay-As-You-Go Support is often used as a way to see how we operate and to get an insight into how good our support and services really are.  We have found that this has worked well in the past when no relationship has existed with a new client.

Of course if you require more reliability and guaranteed response times, then our Contracted Support packages are available for you.
