  1- Type your (the contact person's) Email address.  
  2- Type the password provided by Reliable Networks.  
  3- Click on View Calls to enter the help desk support system to log your call.  
     
   
  4- Click on "Add Call" to log a call. By clicking on this button you will go to an other page where you can type the description of the call you are logging.  
  5- Click on "All Calls" to see your previous calls that you have already logged.  
  6- Click on "Change Password" to change your password.  
     
   
 
7- Your Company "name" will be selected automatically.
 
 
8- If your company has more than one branch then you can chose your company's "location"/(branch) where you are logging the call from eg; Harrow Branch/ Westminister/ Moor Park. If you have only one branch then your location will be selected automatically.
 
 
9- Your "Phone" Number will be selected automatically.
 
 
10- in "EMail" you will see the contact person's email address. In Each company or branch, we use one person's email address who can log call on behalf of the other staff members.
 
 
11- Please check the "Priority" whether it is High, medium or Low. This is very important to remember. Actions on each call will be taken according to the priority.
 
 
12- In "Description" part , please type in detail about the problem your computer or network has.
 
 
13- At the end click on Add Call. By clicking on this Button one email will be sent to Reliable Networks and one to yourself/ contact person.
 
     
   
  14- By Clicking on "All Calls" you will see all calls that you have logged so far.  
  15- "View this Call" will allow you to "Add Action" or "Add Attachment" for your call.  
     
   
     
   
  16- You can add an action for the call. Please provide as much information as possible.  
     
   
     
  17- Please select the file that you want to attach by clicking on "Select". This file can be a screen shot of your screen or any document related to the problem.  
  18- Type the description of the attachment in the "Description" box.  
  19-When you are finished click "Add Attachment" and Done. Your file will be attached with the call.
